I don’t receive emails from COINZIX. Why?


Not sure where the COINZIX email was sent?

Here are some suggestions if you can't find your email after account activation, password reset, or other personal data changes.


  • Search for the email outside inbox

If the email isn't in your inbox, check other folders such as Spam, Unsolicited, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive.


  • Check your correct email account 

If you're looking for a password reset email, make sure you're checking the correct email address. This will be the email address associated with your COINZIX account.


  • Make sure you receive emails in general

If you do not receive an email, you may need to contact your email service provider for assistance.
